We identify the specialists, verify tickets and references, and confirm availability. You see who is proposed before anybody mobilises.
Mobilise
Travel, accommodation, site inductions and compliance are arranged. The crew arrives ready to work rather than ready to start paperwork.
Supervise and report
Zulu remains the contracting party for the duration. You raise issues with us, not with individuals, and you receive progress reporting against the agreed scope.
