Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Effective 1 October 2026

Who you are dealing with

Zulu Express LLC (United States) owns and operates this website and is the seller of every order placed through it, whether paid at checkout or by accepting a quotation. Registered agent address (not a place of business): 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Zulu Limited is Zulu Express LLC's representative in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific, sourcing, fulfilling and delivering in region. Place of business: 13th Street, Cnr Huon Road & Coronation Drive, Section 03, Lot 81, Top Town, Lae, Morobe 411, Papua New Guinea.

1. Where we deliver

Throughout Papua New Guinea; online checkout delivers to addresses in Papua New Guinea. Pacific island destinations, including Honiara, Suva and Port Vila, by arrangement: ask us for a quotation. Goods are sourced mainly from suppliers in China and shipped to you by international air freight and courier. Every ZX product is a special order, placed with the supplier once you pay.

2. Delivery cost

International air freight to Papua New Guinea is charged per item and shown as its own line at checkout, before you pay. For a quotation, the freight is stated on the quotation before you accept it. Import duty, taxes and courier handling charges at your destination are not included; see section 8.

3. How long it takes

The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page before you order (for example 4 to 21 days), counted from the day we place your order with the supplier, and on your quotation where you have one.

These are working estimates, not guarantees. Shipping schedules, weather and port congestion move dates in Papua New Guinea more than they do elsewhere, and we will tell you as soon as we know a delivery will be late.

4. Despatch

Your goods are despatched by the supplier once your payment is received and the order is placed with them. We will send you tracking details where the carrier provides them.

5. Risk and title

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

6. Checking your delivery

Please check goods on arrival. Report shortages or transit damage within 7 days so we can claim against the carrier — after that a claim is usually refused and we may not be able to replace the goods free of charge.

7. Failed delivery

If nobody is available and the carrier cannot leave the goods safely, they will be returned to a depot. Re-delivery may be charged at cost.

8. Import duty, taxes and courier handling charges

Every order is imported to your destination, so import duty, taxes and courier handling charges may apply. These are paid by you to the courier before it releases the goods to you, and they are not included in the price you pay us. The price you pay us, at checkout or on a quotation, covers the goods and the international air freight.

9. Restricted items

Some items need an import permit in Papua New Guinea, and international air-freight rules restrict batteries and goods containing them. Where a restriction stops us sending an item, we tell you and refund it in full before the order is placed with the supplier. If you know an item needs a permit, please tell us before you order.
